As a Regional CDL A Company Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering our products to customers across the Northeastern states.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $87,800 per year*, with opportunities for pay increases after six months of service. You will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,500 and profit-sharing cash bonuses based on eligibility requirements. Additionally, you will receive competitive weekly pay, starting at $1,507/week after initial training, and partial pay for road expenses (per diem).

Dedicated Route

You will cover a dedicated region consisting of Northeastern states, with typical routes including major highways and interstates. On average, you can expect to complete 2.25 trips per week***, covering approximately 1,900 miles per week***. Our newer equipment is well-maintained by dedicated on-site fleet maintenance, ensuring your safety and efficiency on the road.

Job Requirements

  • Current Class A CDL
  • Minimum 18 months experience driving a tractor trailer
  • Willingness to drive team
  • Ability to unload a trailer containing cases of snack cake products, regularly lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to obtain tanker endorsement within 30 days of employment
