Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a Relaxing Destination: Foster a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Set the Course: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Build the Perfect Oasis: Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized, promoting efficiency and productivity in the kitchen.
  • Support Your Crew: Collaborate with your team to ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen, adhering to agency standards.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience
  • Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant skills, including food/equipment/kitchenware/tableware storage and rotation, proper cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

Compensation: $17.00 (or local minimum wage)-$21.00 hourly, with multiple factors influencing the applicable rate of pay.
