Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Leader to join our team as a Long Term Care Specialist. This 13-week assignment offers an exciting opportunity to demonstrate clinical excellence and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Therapy Monitoring: Utilize expert dosing and pharmacokinetic calculations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • TPN Management: Oversee precise Total Parenteral Nutrition management to meet patients' nutritional needs.
  • Team Leadership: Foster strong relationships with colleagues and vendors, while supervising and guiding team members in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • Licensure: Hold active TN and KY licensure (or be willing to obtain KY license).
  • Experience: Possess experience in Long Term Care and IV therapy.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Framework and Docutrack software systems is advantageous.
Work Schedule
  • Rotating Shifts: Work primarily evening and mid-shifts (9:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM) with occasional weekend shifts (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
  • 10-Hour Shifts: Monday to Friday with weekend coverage as needed.
  • Local Travel: Required for job duties.
