Position Overview:

A Crew Member is responsible for welcoming and serving customers, preparing and packaging food items, operating a Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards in the work environment, and completing daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt and friendly service to all customers.

Utilize a POS system to process orders and handle payments.

Prepare and package customer orders to meet their expectations.

Maintain cleanliness in cooking and preparation areas.

Exhibit thorough knowledge of menu offerings and ingredients.

Ensure food quality and quantity are accounted for.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old.

Strong communication abilities.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Proficient in operating a computerized POS system.

Basic math and written/verbal communication skills.

Enthusiastic team player.

Dedication to exceptional customer service.
