IVR Tester Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IVR Tester to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As an IVR Tester, you will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality of our IVR system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and validate IVR routing flows using Genesys and Genesys Cloud CX
  • Automate IVR flows using Cyara Automation tool
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to support testing
  • Test and validate Salesforce Agent desktop functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in the Contact Center domain
  • Good knowledge of SQL queries and database testing
  • Experience with test automation (Java/Selenium) and scripting
  • Knowledge of API testing and live chat apps
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
