o A multi-disciplinary, outpatient, physician-owned establishment with a diverse range of specialties.
Our primary facility is centrally located, complemented by several satellite offices.
Employment Structure:
o Initial 2-year associate contract position, with the potential for shareholder status following this period.
Team Composition:
o A total of 46 physicians and 34 allied health professionals, including 2 gastroenterologists and 1 allied health professional in the Gastroenterology Department.
Qualifications:
o Must be a US resident or possess a Green Card.
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (must complete board examination post-residency/fellowship).
Compensation Package:
o The associate contract includes a base salary structured around a wRVU production model, reflecting a specific dollar amount per work RVU generated.
Benefits Offered:
o Competitive salary aligned with AMGA standards, with performance-based bonuses.
o Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
o 401K plan with employer matching after one year.
o $2500 stipend for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
o Assistance with relocation expenses.
Time Off:
o 20 business days of paid time off, clinic closure on 6 holidays, plus 5 CME days, totaling 31 days annually.

Typical Work Schedule:
o Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Procedures and Services Provided:
o Colonoscopy
o EGD
o Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
o PEG Tube placements
Practice Parameters:
o No patients under 18 years of age.
o Exclusion of hemorrhoid surgeries.
o ERCP and EUS procedures.
o No gastric bypass or capsule endoscopies performed.
o Gallbladder evaluations conducted, but no removals.
