The Cashier/Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently throughout the work area.
