Job Summary

The ACCS Clinician plays a vital role in facilitating individuals' personal growth and recovery from mental health challenges. This position requires a clinical expert who can provide support and supervision to the team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with participants within required timeframes to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with other service providers and DMH staff to coordinate treatment and case management of program participants, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to care.
Complete required paperwork within specified timeframes, including initial intakes, Comprehensive Assessments, Individual Action Plans, quarterly and annual reviews, Safety and Wellbeing-Check Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Discharge Summaries.
Provide ongoing training on evidence-based practices to all staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Using a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, work with individuals to create a treatment plan, identifying specific goals, objectives, and interventions to guide service provision.
Participate in on-call rotation, ensuring 24/7 coverage and support for our clients.
Other duties as assigned by senior management, including contributing to the development of new programs and services.

Qualifications

Clinical Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.).
Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness, with a focus on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong self-motivation and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner, with strong organizational and writing skills.
Substance abuse clinical experience, with a focus on recovery-oriented care.
