HVAC Service/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC technician to join our team at Phoenix Home Services LLC. As an HVAC Service/Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Identify maintenance risks on equipment and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and perform repairs efficiently.
  • Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize disruption to our customers.
  • Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician, with a willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
  • Working knowledge of boiler systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with others and be a team player.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Have own hand tools.

$45.00/Hr + for qualified candidates.
