Meat Cutter Job Description

Become a key member of our Brookshire's Grocery Company team as a Meat Cutter. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and/or cutting to the proper thickness and size.
  • Cutting, weighing, packaging, and labeling product to meet customer needs.
  • Processing meat products and fulfilling special customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized market and seafood case, ensuring it is always full, rotated, and fresh with prepackaged meats.
