About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Amergis. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized plans of care.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including interventions and modifications to meet patient goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in care conferences and meetings to ensure coordination of services.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy.
  • One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
  • Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
