ABOUT GPAC:

Gpac is a leading executive search firm dedicated to connecting top-tier electrical contractors with exceptional industry talent. We have partnered with various clients to identify qualified Electrical Construction Managers.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing electrical construction projects.


• Hands-on experience collaborating with construction management teams.


• In-depth understanding of project timelines, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contractual agreements.


• Proven track record in building relationships and securing projects.


• Ability to manage a profitable project portfolio.


• Strong initiative, execution, and communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Excellent analytical, motivational, and leadership capabilities.


• Journeyman or Master Electrician certification is advantageous but not mandatory.


• A relevant college degree is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:


• Competitive total compensation ranging from $85,000 to $120,000, with potential for higher earnings based on exceptional experience and performance history.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Assemble and lead effective teams for each project, ensuring quality outcomes, meeting client expectations, adhering to project scope, and delivering on time and within budget.


• Enhance division profitability through strategic project execution.


• Continuously assess and refine departmental systems and processes to meet customer demands and profitability objectives.


• Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 3 direct reports and a total of 10 team members.


• Review contractual obligations for all projects and tailor process design methodologies as needed.


• Ensure adherence to project schedules across all assignments.


• Manage the project review process with a focus on financial forecasting.


• Communicate challenges, risks, and successes in a proactive and systematic manner.


• Supervise invoicing according to project terms and negotiate necessary change orders.
