Starting Salary: $60,779 with Comprehensive Benefits

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
Proven ability to demonstrate student academic progress and articulate the methods used to achieve such results.
Possession of a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or equivalent (required).
Valid Illinois Math or Science endorsement or equivalent (required).
Bilingual and ESL endorsement preferred.
Authorization to work in the United States (required).
Residency in Chicago is not a requirement.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This role requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, compile and prepare documents, and maintain organized work files. Physical demands include standing, bending, reaching, and walking around the classroom for a significant portion of the day. Candidates must be able to lift and/or push 15 to 20 lbs. for short durations and navigate stairs multiple times daily.
Most work is conducted in a general school environment, with the expectation of extended hours and participation in organization-sponsored events and meetings.
