Charitable Donation Ambassador

Job Summary:

As a Charitable Donation Ambassador at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, you will play a vital role in promoting sales and providing an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to lead by example.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for receiving donations from customers in a courteous and expedient manner, ensuring that items are properly labeled and placed in the correct location. Additionally, the successful candidate will write up sales tickets, assist with loading and unloading merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers
• Ensure accurate labeling and placement of donated items
• Write up sales tickets and sold signs for large items
• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $29,760 - $38,928, based on a 40-hour workweek. Your starting hourly wage will be $14.50 per hour, and you will be eligible for raises and promotions as you grow with our organization.
