Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate product costs, specifications, and vendor agreements within designated software systems.
  • Review pricing and invoicing discrepancies to determine root causes, resolve issues, and allocate costs for resolution.
  • Support the onboarding of vendors as the primary point of contact for setup-related questions and coordinate with internal functions to execute onboarding processes.
  • Resolve vendor product concerns communicated by personnel.
  • Conduct content reviews to ensure new assortment expansions meet visual and data standards as products flow to our website.
  • Analyze customer/business insights to inform product plans, both short- and long-term, and make recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product merchandising, data management, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
