We are currently looking for a Project Accountant to join our dynamic team. The role encompasses various responsibilities including:

  • Conducting financial analysis and generating project and financial reports.
  • Managing project billing and accounts receivable processes.
  • Performing account reconciliations and maintaining cash book records.
  • Assisting with month-end closing entries and revenue accruals.
  • Providing general ledger support and additional accounting assistance as required.
  • Utilizing enterprise resource planning software for data management.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to maintain prolonged periods of desk work (90%).
  • Proficiency in computer usage for extended durations (90%).
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and technology.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based work environment (100%).
  • Regular attendance is essential, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional overtime may be necessary to meet project deadlines (20%).
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is required.
