As an Apparel Team Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, offering assistance, and recommending merchandise based on their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, including moving incoming merchandise, ensuring clothing racks and displays are organized and visually appealing, and performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
