Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and be able to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a SNF/LTC setting
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Illinois
