Job Title: Fraud Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Analyst to join our team at GreenState Credit Union. As a Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and investigating potential and known fraudulent transactions. You will also be responsible for providing superior member service to internal staff and external members. Responsibilities: * Review and analyze system-generated alerts for potentially fraudulent activity * Investigate and determine Credit Union and member liability for fraud loss * Prepare Hold Harmless Agreements * Report Elder Abuse to the appropriate state agency * Correspond with law enforcement as it relates to fraudulent activity * Manage check fraud claims * Document all actions taken on a case * Answer phone, email, and LiveChat to assist staff with questions related to disputes and fraudulent transactions Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent along with a minimum of three years of banking, fraud-related experience * Ability to effectively gather and analyze information in the course of reviews and investigations * Ability to prioritize assignments, organize work efficiently, and handle large volumes of details * Computer literacy and knowledge of alert monitoring systems Working Conditions: * Reports to Vice President/Compliance and Risk * This position is not responsible for the supervision of other employees Equal Opportunity Employment Statement: GreenState Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
