(Physician/MD qualifications required) Psychiatry (General) - We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist for a full-time role within our outpatient clinic. This position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, registered nurses, clinical social workers, and mental health counselors, to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services tailored to community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough evaluations and follow-up consultations for adult patients requiring medication management.
2. Manage scheduling as follows:

• Initial evaluations – 60-minute sessions
• Transfer appointments for existing medication management – 30-minute sessions
• Follow-up consultations – 20-minute sessions (maximum of 3 patients per hour)

This position entails a commitment of 40 hours per week within our outpatient clinic. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with the expectation of one weeknight on-call duty. While weekend on-call is not mandatory, it is available for those interested, with additional compensation.

Collaboration: Engage in consultation and teamwork with other clinical staff on shared patient cases as necessary. This is an employed position offering a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
