Millwright Job Description

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Millwright to maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating equipment, replacing filters, and cleaning work areas.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

The Millwright will work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazardous conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 90 pounds, stand for long periods, and work at heights.
