Role Summary:
The Culinary Supervisor will serve as the key support to the Kitchen Manager and/or Executive Chef, ensuring that the culinary excellence of Hard Rock is consistently maintained. This role is vital in upholding the quality and presentation of all food items, ensuring they are prepared efficiently and meet the brand's high standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of all food orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain rigorous standards of hygiene and food safety in accordance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent adherence to operational processes that guarantee quality service.
- Support management in cultivating a cohesive team that shares a commitment to the brand's vision and values.
- Promote a customer-centric environment where guest satisfaction is prioritized.
- Implement established culinary standards to enhance overall guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food handling practices to deliver top-quality products.
- Encourage staff development and career progression through structured training programs.
- Step in for the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager when necessary to oversee food preparation.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:
Experience and Education:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the culinary field within the hospitality industry.
- Possession of all necessary local food safety certifications.
Skills:

- Passion for food and a strong understanding of culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong business acumen and practical problem-solving abilities.

- Multilingual abilities are advantageous; fluency in English is required.
Physical Requirements:
