Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a travel contract in Charlton, MA. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.
  • Utilize nursing skills to assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold ethical standards in patient care.

Requirements:

  • MA LPN License
  • BLS Certification
  • 2 years recent LPN experience
