Job Summary

We are currently searching for a full-time customer-oriented individual to join our team at our Topeka, KS location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide knowledge and offer solutions to our customers, differentiating us from the competition and giving a face to our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Gain a quick and solid understanding of our electronic retail and cross-referencing system
  • Perform phone repair and device repair tasks, including replacing screens, batteries, and other components
  • Assist with key cutting and reprogramming of key fob remotes
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred
  • Customer service and sales-oriented with high motivation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
