Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Excavation Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, performing manual labor in open excavations, and interacting with customers as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Follow OSHA and Roto-Rooter safety procedures
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including backhoes and mini-excavators
  • Perform manual labor in open excavations, including trenching and excavation
  • Interact with customers as needed, providing excellent customer service
  • Work in confined spaces and open trenches, following all safety protocols
Requirements
  • Construction experience in both residential and commercial settings
  • Able to work in confined spaces and open trenches, following all safety protocols
  • Complete jobs within specified time lines, meeting or exceeding quality and productivity standards
  • Current CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Trenchless water, sewer & gas experience a plus
