At Columbus Springs East, we understand the importance of investing in our employees' growth and development. That's why we're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team as an Outpatient Therapist.

As a licensed therapist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs. You will provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies, including group, individual, and family therapy, to patients struggling with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work or counseling and relevant state licensure (LSW, LPC, LMFT). At least two years of experience in crisis intervention, mental health, and/or substance use treatment are necessary. A strong understanding of the psychosocial model of care and its application in real-world settings is essential.

Columbus Springs East offers a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus a generous sign-on bonus of up to $70,000.
