Key Responsibilities

The Information Security Office (ISO) aims to foster a security-centric culture that effectively manages risks, counters threats, and integrates information security into business and technological frameworks. The Global Cyber Security (GCS) Team is pivotal in realizing this vision by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats that may impact Enterprise Mobility.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Operations Analyst. In this capacity, you will serve as a principal analytical leader within GCS, contributing to strategic development and driving change across GCS, ISO, and IT departments. Your critical thinking abilities will be essential in resolving complex issues and enhancing analytics and processes for optimized threat detection and response.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively employing advanced methodologies to identify a broad spectrum of complex cyber threats and devising innovative solutions for their detection and prevention, collaborating closely with security architects and engineers.
  • Working alongside ISO and IT teams to address security vulnerabilities and adapt GCS strategies to bolster these efforts.
  • Conducting thorough research and interpretation of intricate security controls related to future initiatives, collaborating across the organization to influence the design and development of protective solutions.
  • Implementing advanced cybersecurity and privacy principles across various IT domains, effectively communicating and advocating for new security policies and frameworks.
  • Leading the documentation efforts organization-wide, influencing change through technical guidance to formulate and assess policies and procedures that align with security objectives.
  • Spearheading the implementation of the information security strategy and overseeing project planning for the department and IT.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members, leveraging your expertise to support others in their technology solution implementations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to advance a sophisticated cybersecurity team.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
  • Proven success in collaborating with security architects and engineers to influence the design and implementation of security solutions.
  • Experience in advocating for new security policies and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and the ability to cultivate strong relationships across business and IT teams.
  • Experience in mentoring junior security analysts.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and lead effectively.
  • A commitment to integrating security considerations into all professional responsibilities.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and MITRE Attack.
  • Knowledge of cloud security standards and protocols.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft security suite.
  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GSEC.
  • Cloud certifications such as Cloud+ or AWS Practitioner.
