Concierge Representative

Radkin LLC is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our residential services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons, residents, and scheduled guests, and direct them to the appropriate area or person.
• Perform tasks as required by the location, demonstrating a positive attitude and proactive approach.
• Assess and address client needs, providing solutions and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Must reside in Orlando, FL.
• Availability to work specific days per week, with the possibility of overtime.
• Prefer 1 year of customer service experience.
• Physical stamina, with ability to sit and stand.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• On-call availability.
