  • Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support front office/customer service teams and oversee staff onboarding.
  • Collaborate to improve work environment, reduce clinician burnout, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage a therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable.
  • Coordinate day-to-day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership with clinic management.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to guide and develop a team of master's trained and licensed therapists along with psychiatric providers and an administrative team who are all collaboratively working towards the shared goal of delivering high-quality care.
