Community Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team in providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist with clinical care, including taking vital signs, performing lab tests, and administering medications as directed by providers.

Responsibilities
  • Follows provider orders in treatment of patients
  • Takes patient intake, including vitals and mental health history
  • Draws blood and performs lab tests
  • Assists in medical/surgical procedures
  • Performs prior authorizations on medication and diagnostic testing
  • Administers medications, including vaccines and other injectables as directed by providers
  • Answers and responds to patient phone calls
  • Schedules appointments for behavioral health providers
Requirements

We require an empathetic individual with previous clinical experience in a medical setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to meet patient needs and contribute to a positive care experience.
