Job Summary

The Warehouse Quality Associate is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all incoming loads to the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming inventory against delivery documents
  • Conduct visual inspections of all incoming vehicles to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Enter inventory data into handheld devices for accurate tracking and management
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year of work experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role
  • Prior experience in quality control or auditing preferred
  • Basic computer application and technology skills
Physical Requirements
  • Speaking: Constantly (investigates, negotiates, recommends, reports, etc.)
  • Acute Vision: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents)
  • Mobility: Frequent travel throughout the warehouse (Walking in warehouse)
  • Bending/Squatting: Constantly (picking up product, moving product)
  • Lifting: Frequent- Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product)
