Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor community areas and ensure compliance with building rules and regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and greet visitors with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Collaborate with case managers to ensure residents receive necessary support and services
  • Document incidents and events in a clear and concise manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

At Community of Hope, we offer a competitive salary range of $17.50 - $18.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
