Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Greater Lantana area. As a primary care provider, you'll be responsible for delivering evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. You'll also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic, patient-centered care to individuals and families
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
