Deburring Specialist

This is a great opportunity to work with our skilled team of engineers and technicians who specialize in designing and manufacturing Solenoid Valves and control components for liquids and gases in critical applications.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience as a general machine shop operator with demonstrated acceptable performance on both required machine and manual operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up manual machines where speeds, feeds, and sequences of tooling operations are ordinarily prescribed.
• Operating numerically controlled machines where programs are approved and setups are made and maintained by others.
• Removing burrs and rough edges from machine component parts using various hand operations, such as filing, deburring, and polishing.
• Using standard shop measuring devices and sharpening drill tools on grinding wheels as necessary.
