Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Dock Loader to join our team at Ace Hardware. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are accurately received and stored.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure that all merchandise is properly stored and secured.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Sweep and clean warehouse floors, parking lots, and surrounding areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Receiving and Processing: Receive and process incoming merchandise, verifying accuracy and completeness of shipments.
  • Transfers and Deliveries: Stage and prepare merchandise for transfer to other locations, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise to customers.
Requirements
  • Lifting and Physical Demands: Ability to lift 60 pounds repetitively on a regular daily basis.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours plus weekly, including every Saturday.
