About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide direct patient care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care services.
- Manage the financial performance of the pharmacy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent.
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
- Certified immunizer preferred.
