Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Touchstone Communities. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals.

  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Monitor and maintain accurate patient records

Requirements
  • Current and valid Texas LVN or RN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
