- Process Optimization: Accountable for approvals and the establishment of processes with defined milestones and checkpoints, ensuring minimal change costs while collaborating with diverse departments to meet compliance standards.
- Project Structuring: Partnered with AI Engineering teams to transform unstructured AI projects into well-defined deliverables, maintaining consistent timelines and addressing organizational challenges within the AI community.
