Shift Supervisor Trainee

CVS Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor Trainee to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor Trainee, you will play a key role in preparing for future supervisory responsibilities and learning about key aspects of the business.

• Work effectively with store management and store crews to ensure seamless store operations.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

• Experience in retail.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
