We are a dynamic and physician-driven organization that values innovation, collaboration, and patient-centered care. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to our patients, from preoperative preparation to postoperative recovery.
Responsibilities- Assess patients preoperative and postoperative status to identify potential risks and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based practices to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- One year of experience in preoperative or PACU nursing.
- Current state licensure to practice nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (if applicable).
Competitive hourly rate: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour.
