Your primary duties will encompass ensuring that plant operations align with safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness objectives, while also upholding product quality standards and adhering to environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the safe and efficient functioning of the preparation facility and related services
  • Manage the performance of maintenance and operational teams
  • Adhere to safety standards and company protocols
  • Keep operational expenses within budgetary limits
  • Enhance communication between the workforce and management
  • Optimize production and maintenance efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience is essential; experience in coal preparation is advantageous
  • Familiarity with coal preparation processes and relevant regulations
  • Understanding of state and federal laws pertaining to coal preparation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Capability to effectively manage plant operations and costs
