Asphalt Plant Groundsman

**Job Summary**
CRH is seeking a skilled Asphalt Plant Groundman to join our team in Memphis, TN. As an Asphalt Plant Groundman, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and repair of parts.
- Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements and adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments accordingly.
- Repair or replace defective parts, and perform electrical equipment repairs.
- Work with plumbing and other functions of the plants to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or repair work, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
