Job Responsibilities

• Independently and autonomously review all incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Allocate and book all incoming invoices in our document management system, ensuring seamless processing
• Coordinate the invoice approval process, ensuring timely and efficient payment
• Prepare and monitor payment transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with creditors, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner
