- Major Repairs and Overhauls: Conduct advanced maintenance tasks, including engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and other significant vehicle overhauls.
- Routine and Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance tasks with precision, ensuring all work meets OEM specifications and customer expectations.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior technicians, sharing your expertise and helping to develop their skills.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain complex repairs and maintenance recommendations, ensuring they understand the work being performed and the value it provides.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on advanced diagnostics and repairs.
- Certifications: ASE Master Technician certification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment, with expertise in engine, transmission, and electrical system repairs.
- Leadership: Strong mentoring skills and the ability to lead and supervise junior technicians.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
