Market Clinical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Market Clinical Lead to join our team at ChenMed. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our clinical operations across multiple centers, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes, and managing Medical Directors within their assigned market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with an emphasis on quality improvement and team engagement. They will be responsible for overseeing monthly scorecard reviews, delivering quarterly clinical metric analysis, and providing training to other ChenMed entities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads clinical operations across multiple centers, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Manages Medical Directors within their assigned market to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
  • Mentors and coaches clinical staff to align with organizational goals.

Requirements

The Market Clinical Lead must have a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience, with a preference for 3 years or more. A strong educational background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty is required. Board eligibility is also necessary, with Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty being preferred. The incumbent must have current, active licensure to practice medicine in the state of employment.

A high-performing physician with a proven track record of clinical leadership experience is essential. Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in quality improvement and/or medical/healthcare leadership activities is also beneficial. Additionally, a strong ability to build relationships with external organizations, conflict management, and resolution skills are crucial for this role.
