About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at DANE. As a senior member of our team, you will provide support to internal and external customers by troubleshooting various applications.

You will research, track, and resolve complex issues that tier 1 and tier II technicians have been unable to resolve.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production applications, scheduled jobs, incident management, and receive incidents and requests from end-users.
  • Analyze these and either respond to the end user with a solution or escalate it to other IT teams and development teams.
  • Must have problem-solving skills and be capable of breaking down complex situations to discover and resolve root causes.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to discuss issues with users and other team members.
  • Assist in creating Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for other groups to help with their knowledge of the application and help decrease the time needed to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Must have an Active DOD Secret Clearance.
  • Must have experience with .NET, Java, and Oracle Database projects and applications.
  • Must have SQL, Service Now, Remedy, CLM, jQuery, and SharePoint experience.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Must have SQL Script writing experience.
  • Must have .NET, Oracle, and Java database experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as Quality Assurance Analyst.

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
