  • Greets guests warmly and efficiently
  • Accurately stores and returns guests' belongings
  • Communicates effectively with guests and colleagues

  • Ensures seamless guest experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in fine dining restaurants, cocktail bars, hotels, or equivalent
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
  • Strong working knowledge of reservations software
  • Flexibility to work night, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects (up to 30lbs)
  • Ability to kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs, and be on feet for extended periods
