Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman to join our team at CentiMark Corporation in Mobile, AL.

Job Summary: As a Roofing Service Foreman, you will be responsible for diagnosing commercial roof leaks and making appropriate repairs. You will also lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks
  • Lead roof maintenance and small repair jobs
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Manage paperwork and timesheets
  • Ensure CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing
  • Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
  • Experience with various roofing materials, including EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
  • A valid state driver's license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
  • Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
