About the Role: In this position, you will be responsible for assisting interventional radiologists during procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist interventional radiologists during procedures, including vascular interventions and angiography.
- Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to sterile technique and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Vascular Interventional Technologist.
- Current State of Connecticut Radiology Technologist license.
- ARRT certification.
