Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care, and demonstrating competency in nursing practice. This is a full-time opportunity on our night shift, with flexible scheduling options available.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
